ADVENTURE GOLF
We have longed for activities that suit most people at Sudersand and we can now, with some pride, offer a newly built and modern adventure golf course!
Our adventure golf course consists of 12 holes in varying terrain that suits everyone, young and old. The facility is adjacent to the playground, the pool and the putting green, so you can go for a walk while the little ones might want to play on the playground.
Everyone is welcome to play with us, and in order for it to be as good as possible, we appreciate that you keep your children next to you on the course you play.
Open 10.00 - 21.00 on good weather days during high season!
(Low season: open during reception opening hours from about mid-May to mid-September)

PUTTING GREEN
If you don't want to join the adventure golf, there is also a putting green.
It is located next to the adventure golf course and the playground and is well suited for practicing putting.
GYM
The resort has a 100 square meter gym. Here you can find everything you could need, such as a treadmill, rowing machine, barbells and everything a modern gym can contain. The gym is open between 05.00 and 23.00.

GROUP TRAINING
We offer free group training for our guests at Sudersand during the summer.
The training is free for our guests at the resort - show the check-in receipt you receive at check-in.
For others, it costs SEK 120 / pass - paid via swish on site.
There is no registration - just show up.
Bring your own yoga mats - we have some you can borrow otherwise.
Between weeks 26-31, the following schedule applies (2024):
Tuesday at 8.30 - Circuit training
Wednesday at 8.30 - Mobility
Thursday at 8.30 - Functional strength
Saturday at 8.30 - Circuit training

BEACHSIDE SAUNA
Our newest sauna which is located in direct proximity to the beach!
Put on the bathrobe and then it's just 50 quick steps to a cooling jump in the sea!
The sauna has room for up to approx. 16 people and is shared by ladies and gentlemen. When you rent, you have access to the sauna for 2 hours and there can be other guests there at the same time. If you want to be in the sauna on your own and have it a little more private, you can book it for an extra addition. There are two separate showers and associated smaller changing rooms as well as a lovely, cozy relaxation area adjacent to the sauna.
An access code to the door is sent via SMS - therefore it is important that we receive a correct number.
Bring towels and soap, as this is not available on site.

Practical handling of the sauna:
- You pay for entrance at the reception - email or call us to book.
- Bring 2 towels - a sitting towel and a drying towel.
- You rent the sauna for 2 hours.
WOODFIRED SAUNA
Next to the sandy beach, we have a small, cozy sauna that the guests themselves fire up with wood. Its only a few quick steps down to a cooling dip in the sea!
It takes about 30-45 minutes to get the heat up, so you rent the sauna for 4 hours per occasion. There is room for about 6 people in the sauna. About 50 meters before the sauna there is a barrack where you can shower and change. There is also fresh water to pour on the sauna unit, as it cannot withstand salt water, as well as cleaning equipment - the guest cleans the sauna after use.
NOTE: Firewood is provided by the resort but please bring your own lighter and newspaper to get started.
Bookable at kl. 11.00, 15.00 or 19.00.

SAUNA & RELAXATION
At the summer of 2015, we built a modern sauna with inspiration from Morocco, that contains room for up to 30 people. The sauna has a relaxation area and changing rooms for ladies and gentlemen. Both the sauna and the relax area have large windows with a view of the beach and adventure golf. However, all windows are treated so you can only see out and not in. The sauna is shared by ladies and gentlemen.
An access code to the door is sent via SMS - therefore it is important that you enter a correct number.
Bring towels and soap, as this is not available on site.
Practical handling of the sauna:
- The sauna is rented out individually, where only you who rent have access during the hours you dispose of the sauna/relaxation.
- You dispose of both the sauna and the relaxation room while you rent. You also have access to the pool (during summer).
- Bring two towels - one to sit on and one to dry yourself with.
- You pay for entrance at the reception of the resort.
- You rent a sauna and relax for 2 hours.
Prices:
1 - 3 persons: 600 SEK.
4 pers or more: 160 SEK / pers.
(600 SEK is the minimum charge)
WOODFIRED HOT TUBS
In front of the sauna and relaxation area are two woodfired hot tubs. They each have room for a maximum of 6 people at the same time. They are outside so bring a hat if it's a bit chilly outside. The hot tubs have a view of the beach and adventure golf. You also have access to the sauna and the relaxation area when you rent a hot tub.
An access code to the door is sent via SMS - therefore it is important that you provide us with a correct number.
Bring towels and soap, as this is not available on site.
Can be booked from 11.00, 15.00 or 19.00.
Prices:
When you rent a hot tub, access to the sauna and the relaxation area is also included.
1 barrel: SEK 1,700

Practical handling of the hot tub:
- You can be maximum 6 people in each hot tub at the same time.
- We fill up water in the barrel and heat for the guest.
- The guest must be there 15 minutes before the booked time to take over the fire.
- Access to the pool is included (summer time) for a cooling dip.
Clarification:
Our staff starts the heating and the guest must show up 15 minutes before the booked time and take over the heating. If the guest does not arrive 15 minutes before the agreed time, a supplement of SEK 200 will be charged.
BARBECUE HUT BY THE BEACH
On Sudersand's beach, there is a cozy barbecue hut, right next to the wood-burning sauna.
The hut is booked through the reception, where you book the hut for an evening or a day. The house is built with benches along the walls and with a fireplace in the middle. There is room for about 12 people in the hut and firewood is provided by the resort.
Bring lighters, newspaper, barbecue charcoal/briquettes or lighter fluid and you're good to go. There is no electricity and therefore no lights in the house. Bring candles or lanterns!

POOL
The pools are open to everyone and you buy either day admission, weekly passes or season tickets. You buy these in the small kiosk at the entrance. The opening hours until midsummer are 10.00-18.00. After Midsummer it is open 10.00-19.00.
Entrance
The entrance fee includes use of the available sunbeds, the two different pools (children's & adult pool) and the water slide. You get a band around your wrist so you can come and go as you please throughout the day. You also have access to the toilet next to the relaxation entrance.
Everyone staying in the pool area pays entrance. This also applies if you do not bathe.
Adult – SEK 80.
Children – SEK 50 (up to 12 years).
So take a little break from the swirling sand and enjoy the sun on the sunbeds.
The opening hours are sunny days from 10.00 to 19.00 - in case of rain we close to save the heat in the water!
The water slide is a device where a wave of water is sent out every minute and sweeps the child down the slide and into the pool. All bathing takes place at your own risk.
We open the pool around the middle of June, a little depending on the weather. The last swimming day, before we close the pool for the season, is Sunday, August 28.
Note! You may not bring your own food and drink into the pool & adventure golf area!
From June 1, 2024, the pool and adventure golf are included in Majkens köks serving permit, which means that you may not bring your own drinks or food into the area. See Majken's website for our wonderful selection and order easily with the help of a QR code from your sun lounger!
Season ticket!
You also have the option of buying a weekly pass: Adult SEK 350 & child SEK 200 (valid for 7 days)
or why not a season ticket: Adult SEK 950 & child SEK 650 (applies to all open days during the season).
PADEL COURTS
The padel courts blend in beautifully as the cage is made of wood to match the Fårö style. The courses are laid on drainage asphalt so that you can play even on rainy days.

Racket: SEK 30 / 2 h.
In the reception and the pool kiosk, we also sell balls and grips. Keep in mind that the padel courts open earlier than the reception in case you need balls or rent a racket.
PLEASE NOTE: Court times are not refunded in the event of rain. Cancellation no later than 6 hours before the start time.
PLAYGROUND
Next to the adventuregolf course and adjacent to the cottage village is the large playground. It is a popular playground with many children dropping in and playing for a while.
In the playground there are swings, trampoline, jumping pillow, play stand and more. Now there is also a winding cycle track next to the playground, suitable for most people - from the very smallest to older children as long as they know how to cycle.
The entire playground is only 150 meters from the beach so you can easily walk up between the sand toys. Parking is available approx. 100 meters away at the cottage village's reception. An asphalted walkway has been laid from the car park to the playground.
The playground is a public place so everyone is welcome.
Info: We take off our shoes on the jumping pads. The jumping pads closes at 21.00. We do not have staff to supervise the playground: all play takes place at own risk.
